About Me
I have over 15 years of experience in programme and project management, primarily within the academic sector. My work has focused on supporting complex, multidisciplinary research projects funded by both national and international agencies, involving close collaboration with research teams across Ireland and the EU.
I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Practitioner and my previous experience includes managing multi-million euro programmes at Trinity College Dublin and the Royal Irish Academy, where I have overseen administrative operations for large schools and international research consortia.
I have a proven track record of managing substantial national and EU-funded budgets (PRTLI5, Horizon 2020, ERC), ensuring compliance with rigorous regulatory frameworks, and acting as a primary liaison between project partners, funding bodies, and institutional stakeholders.
